I am XXX.Today I will tell you why eat breakfast is important and how to do that .
Frist we need energy for our mind.Energy makes us energetic and it makes us easier to study konwldge.On one hand we need it to make us energetic,On the another hand it keep us heaithy.
But how to eat ,And what food we need it.
Here is a ture story.XiaoMing is a boy Who never eats breakfast.Everyone tell him :If you do not eat breakfast you will be very contend.But he keep have not breakfast.
One day.There Was be an exam.In the moning his mother asked him to have some,but he said :It Would fine.I will win this exam.
On the exam.He met a protect he can not work that.He thought and thought,but he can thought onthing.
After exam.The English teather told him :Is not right to have no food in the moing.
This stroy tell us how important eat breakfast is.So let us eat breakfast as more as monthes.
That is over.
