是has.fight的主语是人,如果是was用被动句,“他被努力”也不通啊,而且fight不及物,不能直接接宾语,此句中fight的宾语是the country,前面加了for.
这是奥巴马演讲里的话吧，很经典的演讲，呵呵。
必须是has。
首先，was表被动，意义不通。
has是完成时，表示动作持续，即他将继续为他深爱的国家而更加努力地奋斗。
