摘 要：公安行政执法监督是公安机关正确履行职责,加强公安队伍建设的需要,也是广大民警践行“立警为公、执法为民”的要求.目前,我国已经基本确立了内部和外部相结合的监督体系,监督范围覆盖公安执法工作的方方面面,但是仍存在监督制度不完善、监督不力等问题,因而必须在协调监督主体、拓宽监督渠道、落实监督制度等方面采取有效措施,保障公安机关在正确监督下依法履行职责.

Abstract:Law Enforcement by Police public security organs perform their duties properly,the need to strengthen the police contingent,the vast number of police practice,"the Police for the public and law enforcement people" requirements.At present,China has basically established a combination of internal and external monitoring systems,monitoring,covering all aspects of law enforcement,but there are still monitoring system is flawed and ineffective oversight and other issues,which need to coordinate supervision body,expand the channels of supervision,the implementation of monitoring system,and adopt effective measures to safeguard public security organs according to law in performing their duties under the supervision of the right.
