1.other可作形容词或代词,做形容词时,意思是“别的,其他”,泛指“其他的（人或物）”.
如：
Do you have any other question(s)?
Ask some other people.问问别人吧!
Put it in your other hand.把它放在你另一只手里.
2.else 只修饰两类词
修饰不定代词如 someone / someplace/ anything来指代另外一个,而不特别指明哪一个.
如：I had nothing else to do.
修饰 wh- word.如what /who/where等
如:What else do I need to do
此外else多用于特殊疑问词后.
other主要修饰名词,放在名词前面.
