摘要：随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,网络技术在市场交易中运用越来越广泛,企业处于网络经济环境下,开展电子商务势在必行.然而,就现阶段我国实施电子商务的情况来看,仍存在很多困难和需要解决的问题,特别是中小企业,存在着人才短缺、信息传递慢、企业组织结构不尽合理、领导、员工观念落后等问题,严重影响了中小企业电子商务的发展.本文分析了电子商务对我国中小企业发展的作用,针对我国中小型企业的目前的管理模式、人才培养及企业的软硬件设施完善等方面,对我国中小企业开展电子商务提出相应的对策.
