关于B...动词跟have done是很多的,比如：

但是need + have done,代表的意思是我们当时做了,但是其实我们不需要这样做的.
比如There wasn't anyone on the nightclub door.Why did you show the proof of your age?You needn't have shown it!
只能说此题的出题思路是考对于need的掌握,其实如果硬是要选B也是说得过去的,但是代表意思和A是相反.A是我们当时没做,B是我们当时做了,但其实不需要那样做的.
因为他已经是一个过去时了，所以后面得动作是已经完成的动作，要用完成时，只有B是完成时
情态动词的一种固定搭配need have done/needn't have done表示过去有必要或没有必要做某事。need做情态动词时的用法是need(not) do sth.need做动词的用法是need to do sth.从wasn't看出句子是过去时
