stop加动词ing表示停下正在做的事，stop加不定式表示停下这件事去做另一件事。

其实从理论上是可以的，不过Stop talking and listen to me，是强调不要再说话了，专心听我讲。当然也可以说停下，听我讲。stop to listen to me。
