3.因为在七月1日至八月一日我们休息.所以如果七月之前没有发货的话将会在八月发货.

first,the price of each would rise by 0.01USD because of the package changing.
second,30% advance payment,70% will be paid until seeing the copy paper of customs clearence.
third,please allow us to deliver the goods in August if the goods are not ready before July 1th,because we would not work for the whole July.
please understand it.and look forward to you sincerely as soon as possible.

1、Due to changed the packing, the price of each piece will add $0.01.
2、30% advance payment and the rest should be paid after seeing the copy of customs clearance.
3、We will take a rest in July 1st ti August 1st.
The goods will be shipped in Augest if the they were not delivered before July .

Thank for your letter and accessory. In order to finish the aim preferably, we hope company can amend the following aspect
Firstly, due to the changes in the packaging, the price of each will increase 0.01 dollar.
Secondly,please pay 30 percents of money in advance, and the other please pay off after handing on the copy of customs clearance.
Thirdly,because we will have rest from 1st,July to 1st. August, if there will be no goods delivered before July, the goods will be delivered in August.
We hope you will understand our circunstances and expect to your reply as earlier.

A, Because the packing have been changed , so the price will increase USD 0.01/per piece
B, 30% advance payment, and the rest will pay until we see the customs clearance copy
C, we have holidays from 1st July to 1st August. so if won't delivery on july, it will be on August.

Thank you for your email and attachment. In order to fulfil the target all the better, we wish you could modify below points:

1.Beause the packing is changed, the unit price have to be increased by USD0.01.
2.Payment by TT, 30% in advance and the balance will be paid upon presentation of Customs Declaration Copy.
3.Our office will be closed from Jul.01 to Aug.01, So, If we can not ship the goods before end of Jun., we will ship it in August.
We sincerely hope you could understand our difficult situation.
