1.是虚拟语气的一种,主句有表示“命令、建议”等的动词、名词、形容词的时候,其后如果有that-从句,那么从句的谓语动词用（should）+动词原形.句中commanded就是表示命令的词,后面又有that-从句,所以,从句的谓语动词用（should）+动词原形,should可以省去.【看了你对别人的追问,补充一句,should随时可以省,这个没有影响.大部分时间都是省略的.】
